Roof Replacement Built for Eastern Panhandle Weather
Roofs here take heavy snow load in January, freeze-thaw swings through March, and the wind that comes over North Mountain the rest of the year. We plan ventilation, ice and water protection, and fastening for that, not for a national average. Inspection and Written Estimate
We measure the roof, check the decking, ventilation, and flashing from the attic and the roof surface, and walk you through material options. You get a written estimate with the full scope. No pressure, no on-the-spot signing.
Tear-Off and Installation
On install day we protect landscaping, siding, and driveways, tear off down to the deck, replace damaged decking, and install underlayment, flashing, ventilation, and your new roofing system to manufacturer specifications.
Final Inspection, Cleanup, and Warranty
We run magnets for nails, haul away all debris, inspect every detail of the finished roof, and walk it with you. Then we register your GAF warranty and hand over the paperwork.

How do I know if I need a roof replacement or just a repair?
If the damage is isolated, such as a single leak, a few missing shingles, or failed flashing around a chimney, and the rest of the roof is in good shape, a repair is usually the right call. If shingles are failing across large areas, the decking is soft, or the roof is at the end of its expected life, replacement is the better investment. We inspect first and tell you which one you actually need.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roof replacements in our area are completed in one to two days once materials are on site. Larger homes, steep pitches, or specialty systems such as slate, tile, or standing seam metal can take longer. We confirm the timeline in your written estimate.
What warranty comes with a new roof from Jade?
As a GAF Certified Plus contractor, we can offer the GAF System Plus and Silver Pledge Limited Warranties on qualifying roof systems, which cover materials and workmanship. Coverage varies by product and system, and we go over the exact terms with you before installation.
Do you handle permits and disposal?
Yes. We pull any required permits, protect your property during tear-off, and haul away all old roofing and debris. Your job site is cleaned and magnet-swept for nails before we leave.
